Service Description
Go beyond knowing about systems thinking to knowing how to apply systems thinking Habits, tools and concepts to your life and work. Engage in a variety of activities and exercises designed to deepen your understanding of systems thinking applied specifically to your leadership context. Develop a deep system understanding that inspires reflective practice, day-to-day decision-making and a vision for what is possible.
Outcomes: Participants will be able to:
- Develop an understanding of the system from various perspectives and positions within the organization
- Grow a shared language that includes timely open-ended questions that generate robust dialogue and new insights leading to impactful change.
- Apply systems thinking language, habits and tools to specific scenarios relevant to leadership roles and responsibilities.
- Build the capacity to skillfully select and apply systems thinking tools, processes and methodologies to address specific organizational needs or challenges.
Structure:
- 2-3 Day Workshop series (or equivalent)
- Suggested follow-up could include further systems thinking capacity-building, implementation support, and/or coaching.
