Whether leading a new cross-functional team or one that needs a tune-up, systems thinking Habits and tools help to develop leadership capabilities, enhance goal attainment, and improve employee retention and satisfaction. We work with your leadership team to understand your particular needs and then craft a learning program that seamlessly connects with your organization’s goals. As they move through a cycle of workshops and coaching, participants understand and apply the Habits and tools of systems thinking in a job-embedded environment so they see their connectedness within the organization and how they impact organizational health and success.

Outcomes: Participants will be able to:

  1. Use the Habits of a Systems Thinker and Systems Thinking tools to develop individual leadership capabilities and enhance collaborative and teamwork functions.
  2. Apply the Habits of a Systems Thinker to generate a well-aligned connection with the mission of the organization.
  3. Apply the Habits and Tools of a Systems Thinker to develop capacity to identify problems, collaboratively work with stakeholders to generate solutions, implement new processes and systems, and evaluate results to inform future action.
  4. Apply the Habits and Tools of a Systems Thinker to enhance leadership capacity, ultimately positively impacting overall organization health.

Structure:

  • 2-Day (or equivalent) initial workshop
  • Suggested follow up includes:
    • 1-Day, 4-6x per year
    • Individual coaching aligned with systems thinking capacity-building aligned to organizational goals.
